Improve Reporting and Optimisation with Offline Event Data
Feel like your ads should be attributing more conversions? You are almost certainly right!
Often the Facebook Pixel can miss conversions because it loses the pixel’s tracking capabilities due to, for example, people switching from mobile to laptop, purchasing in-store, or over the phone.
One way to work around this is to upload customer data so Facebook can attribute ‘Offline Events’
